An easy to make cocktail to try, the Happy Colada tropical cocktail. is one that we have had mixed reviews from our staff of drink testers / lushes. Some, yours truely think it is a bit too sweet and other just totally LOVED IT. It is extra easy to make so don’t be afraid to mix one up and see what you think.

Happy Colada

2 oz. Coconut Rum

1 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

6 oz. Pineapple juice
